One of the most common office equipment we use almost every day is laser printer. Since its inception in the 1970’s, laser printers have become a staple in every business office and school across the globe. Because of its capability to print faster and produce higher quality output, laser printers are considered to be a more efficient alternative than inkjet ones, not mentioning that laser printer toner cartridges can print more pages and less wasteful.

Having said that, much of the work does not rely on the machine itself but on the cartridge you are using as well. In order to ensure that quality of the print, and avoid damaging your laser printer it’s very important to select the right toner cartridge.     My office is planning to order some new toner and we want to make sure that we get a toner that is high-quality and long-lasting. You make a great point that one of the first things to think about is the page yield because this will give me an idea of how long the toner will last. Also, I will make sure to choose a toner that offers a warranty because this will give me peace of mind that it is high-quality and I can get a free replacement if something goes wrong.
