Blackview BV6000: a rugged phone that is both powerful and cheap

The Blackview BV6000 is a smartphone which is both a flagship as well as very rugged. It is also reasonably priced at $200, so I’m expecting it to sell like hot cakes.

Now, you might ask, what is special about this phone? The answer is that it is IP68 certified, which means that it is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof. The 4.7-inch screen is made of Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which is shatter- and scratch-resistant as well. It is that strong so that you do not have to worry about dropping the phone, having it run over by a car or getting dipped into a puddle of mud.

But that doesn’t stop there. The Blackview BV6000 is powered by a MTK6755 64bit Octa Core 2.0GHz CPU and a Mali-T860MP2 GPU giving it the processing power of a flagship. The 3GB RAM ensures smooth multitasking and the 32GB internal storage is ample for installing many apps and storing lots of multimedia.
